What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a site stores on your device. Local storage is a related browser feature we use to remember cookie consent. Together they help a site remember a choice, keep a page working, or — if you allow it — understand which pages are read.

Types we use

Essential. Required for the site to remember that you have accepted or rejected analytics, and to load navigation partials in your browser. These do not profile you for advertising. The site cannot reliably hide the consent banner without storing your choice.

Analytics (optional). Used only if you press Accept on the banner. They help us see aggregate page readership (for example, whether the journal or the studio syllabus is opened more often). Rejecting analytics does not block courses, forms, or legal pages.

Third-party cookies

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts and images from Unsplash. Those providers may set their own cookies or use local cache according to their policies. We do not control their duration. We do not embed advertising networks or social pixels. If you block third-party cookies entirely, fonts or remote images may fall back more slowly; content and forms still work.

How to manage or disable cookies

Use the banner’s Accept or Reject buttons on first visit. Your choice is stored under mirrorflowcore_cookie_consent. To change it later, clear site data for mirror-flowcore.digital in your browser settings and reload — the banner will appear again. You can also block or delete cookies via browser controls (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge each document this under Privacy or Settings).

Disabling all cookies, including essential storage, may cause the banner to reappear on every page and may prevent us from remembering a Reject. It will not stop you from reading pages or sending an enquiry.

Impact of disabling

Rejecting analytics: no optional readership cookies are set; the site remains fully usable. Blocking essential storage: consent may not persist; navigation still loads. Blocking third-party fonts/images: layout may use system fonts or missing image icons; text remains readable. Enquiry forms do not depend on analytics cookies.
