Privacy notice

This notice explains how Mirror Flowcore handles personal data collected through mirror-flowcore.digital and through programme delivery. Last updated 13 August 2026.

Data controller

The data controller is Mirror Flowcore, operating from Street: 399/30 Rama 4 Road Phetchburi Road; City: Bangkok; State/province/area: Bangkok; Zip code: 10400; Country: Thailand. Contact: info@mirror-flowcore.digital and 662 2158388.

We determine the purposes and means of processing personal data for site enquiries, invoicing, teaching, and alumni notes. Instructors acting for us process data only on our instructions.

What we collect and why

Enquiry forms collect name, email, optional topic, and message so we can reply. If you enrol, we additionally process billing details, attendance, and any datasets you choose to share for teaching. Server logs may record IP address, browser type, and pages requested for security and diagnostics.

Legal bases we rely on include performance of a contract (delivering a paid seat), legitimate interests (responding to enquiries, securing the site, improving curriculum), and consent where we use optional analytics cookies — see Cookies.

Retention

Enquiry messages are kept for 24 months after the last correspondence, unless a programme starts and the thread becomes part of the student file. Invoicing and tax records are kept for the period required under Thai accounting rules, typically five years. Alumni mailing-list addresses remain until you unsubscribe. Teaching datasets you send are deleted within 90 days after the programme ends unless you ask us in writing to keep an anonymised excerpt.

Cookie consent stored in your browser under the key mirrorflowcore_cookie_consent remains until you clear site data or we change the key. It is not a server-side profile.

User rights

Subject to Thai personal data protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your personal data, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw cookie analytics consent at any time without affecting site functionality. To exercise rights, email info@mirror-flowcore.digital with enough detail for us to find your record. We may need to verify your identity.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) in Thailand if you believe we have not handled your request lawfully.

International transfers

Our studio and primary filing are in Thailand. Some email, hosting, or font/image delivery providers may process data on servers outside Thailand (for example, font files from Google Fonts or images loaded from Unsplash). Where we use such providers, we do so because they are necessary to operate a public website or to communicate with you. We do not sell personal data.

If a transfer occurs to a country without an adequacy finding that you consider insufficient, we will rely on contractual safeguards with the provider where required, and on the fact that you chose to visit a site that loads those third-party resources.

Sharing

We share personal data with instructors and administrators who need it to teach or invoice, with professional advisers under confidentiality, and with authorities when legally required. We do not share enquiry lists with advertisers.

Children

Programmes are intended for working professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
