Acceptance

By browsing this site, submitting an enquiry, or taking a seat on a programme, you agree to these terms. If you use the site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation. If you do not agree, do not use the site or request a seat.

We may update these terms. Continued use after a posted change constitutes acceptance of the revised text. Material changes to paid programmes already invoiced will be communicated by email to the billing contact.

What this site is — and is not

The site describes educational programmes in User Acquisition Cost Analytics. Pricing is informational. There is no checkout, payment capture, or automated enrolment. A contract for a Ledger Review, Studio Seat, or Measurement Residency is formed only when we issue a written confirmation and invoice and you pay according to that invoice.

Nothing on this site is legal, tax, or investment advice. Classroom examples do not guarantee a particular CAC, lift, or commercial outcome. Datasets you share remain your responsibility to anonymise if required by your policies.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise marked, text, layout, diagrams, workbooks, and the Mirror Flowcore name are owned by Mirror Flowcore or its licensors. You may not copy curriculum materials for resale, public training, or internal “train the trainer” programmes without written permission.

You retain ownership of your own data, exports, and internal documents. By sending them to us for teaching, you grant a limited licence to use them solely to deliver the programme you purchased, including anonymised classroom illustration if you have opted in. We will not publish identifiable client data without consent.

Student notes you take for personal or internal use are yours. Redistributing slide decks or recordings to people who did not pay for a seat is not permitted.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site (scraping that impairs service, injecting hostile code, impersonating Mirror Flowcore, or using enquiry forms to send spam). We may refuse or end access where use is unlawful or abusive.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law, Mirror Flowcore is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost data, or reputational harm arising from use of the site or from applying classroom methods to your business.

Our aggregate liability arising from a paid programme is limited to the fees you actually paid for that programme in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is forbidden.

The site is provided “as available.” Temporary interruption, typographical error in informational prices, or a failed mock form submission does not create a claim for damages.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from the site or from Mirror Flowcore programmes are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply if you qualify as a consumer under Thai law.
