Refunds

Eligibility

Refunds are available only for programmes you have paid for under a Mirror Flowcore invoice (Ledger Review, Studio Seat, Measurement Residency, or a dated workshop such as Incrementality Design Lab). Informational prices on this site are not charges. Deposit invoices and full invoices are both in scope once paid.

Timeframe

Written refund or cancellation requests must reach us no later than 14 calendar days before the published start date of the programme, unless a later deadline is stated on your invoice. Requests after that date are considered under partial refund or exception rules below, not as automatic full refunds.

Full refund

A full refund of fees paid (excluding non-refundable items listed below) is available if: (1) you cancel in writing within the timeframe above, or (2) we cancel or postpone the programme by more than 30 days and you decline the new dates, or (3) we are unable to deliver the core curriculum described on the invoice for reasons within our control.

Partial refund

If you cancel between 13 and 5 days before the start date, we refund 50% of the programme fee after deducting non-refundable items. If you have already attended one or more sessions, the refund is pro-rated by unattended teaching days, less a ฿4,500 administration amount. No partial refund is due solely because reported CAC at your company did not fall — outcomes are not guaranteed.

Non-refundable items

Third-party venue charges billed through us, printed workbooks already produced for a named attendee, and bank transfer fees charged by your bank are non-refundable. VAT already remitted, where applicable, is handled according to Thai tax rules and may affect the cash amount returned.

Refund process

Email info@mirror-flowcore.digital with the subject “Refund request”, your invoice number, attendee name, and reason. We confirm receipt within two Bangkok business days and state whether the request is full, partial, or declined under this policy.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are paid within 15 Bangkok business days after we confirm the amount. The method is the same channel you used to pay (Thai bank transfer or the international transfer route on the invoice). We do not refund in cash at the studio. Currency conversion differences on international returns are borne by the payer’s bank.

Cancellation

You may cancel a seat by the same email process even if you do not seek money back (for example, to transfer the seat to a colleague). Seat transfers to another person at the same organisation are allowed up to 5 days before start at no extra fee. Transfer to a later cohort is treated as a cancellation plus a new booking and follows refund rules if fees differ.

We may cancel a cohort if enrolment is too small to teach well. In that case you choose a full refund or a move to the next dated cohort.

Exceptions

We may, at our discretion, offer a fuller refund for documented serious illness, bereavement, or visa refusal that prevents travel to Bangkok. We may refuse a refund where materials were downloaded in full and the request arrives after the programme has begun without a covered reason, or where payment was made fraudulently. Statutory rights under Thai consumer law, if they apply to you, are not limited by this paragraph.
